- Keep communication on Sootir until a quote is accepted; customers pay you directly
Questions
Does Founding Provider mean I own part of Sootir?
No. It's a program for the first businesses on Sootir in each city. It includes a locked price and a permanent badge, and gives no ownership, partnership or role in the company.
What happens after 24 months?
You pay the Pro price with a permanent 25% discount while you stay subscribed and in good standing. We email you 30 days before.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online in Money > Plan in two steps. It ends at the end of your paid month. Your seat is held 30 days and your badge stays.
What if I miss a condition?
We warn you in the app and by email and give you 30 days to fix it. If it isn't fixed you move to the standard Pro price, keep your badge, and the seat goes to the waitlist. You can appeal; we reply within 7 days.
Who can claim a seat?
Verified businesses in the Sacramento metro (Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado), one seat per business, in its main verified category.
Claiming starts with verification. The subscription fee is for access to Sootir's software, listing and tools; Sootir doesn't guarantee any number of requests, jobs or revenue, except the No-Request Guarantee.
