Privacy

Account details (name, e-mail, phone, ZIP code, preferred language), the content of your requests and messages, orders and payments in test mode, and documents you choose to upload to your private vault.

We never ask about your legal status or where you're from, and we do not store such fields anywhere in the platform. Please do not include them in requests or messages.

Requests are anonymous to providers: your phone number and exact address stay hidden until you accept an offer. Messages are filtered for contact details before acceptance.

Verification documents and vault files are stored in private storage. Only you, and for verification only an assigned reviewer, can open them through short-lived secure links.

Text you submit to AI tools is sent to a model provider to produce the result. Outputs are general information, not professional advice.

You can export a copy of your data or delete your account from Account → Privacy. Deletion removes your profile, requests, messages and vault files; records required for financial or dispute history are retained in anonymised form.
