Coptos is a marketplace and membership platform for residents and business owners in the US and Canada. Coptos connects members with independent providers and licensed partners; Coptos is not the provider of the professional services ordered through the platform.

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. One person, one account. Coptos never asks about your legal status or where you're from, and you should never share it with a provider.

Coptos Care is a monthly or annual membership, not insurance. Monthly credits (letters, legal consultation minutes, interpreter minutes, diagnostic visits) reset each billing period and do not roll over. Wallet balance accumulates, receives the stated bonus, and is refunded in full if you cancel.

Annual billing is charged at ten times the monthly price. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

When you accept an offer, payment is taken (wallet first, then card) and held until you confirm completion. On release, Coptos deducts its commission based on the provider tier and transfers the remainder to the provider. Before acceptance you can cancel a request at no cost.

If work is not delivered as agreed, open a dispute with evidence. Coptos support reviews the order, chat and evidence and may release, refund or split the held amount. Decisions are documented in the order history.

No guaranteed-outcome claims, no legal or residency-case services without a bar licence or DOJ accreditation, no harassment, no off-platform payment requests, no sharing of another member's contact details. Violations can result in suspension.
